If you have a neodymium magnet application that requires you to fasten your magnets securely to a wall (or any surface for that matter) the CH500D-FS or FN is definitely something to take a look at. This powerful neodymium magnet has a counterbore hole that is perpendicular to the poles. This means that when the magnets poles (strongest points of a rare earth neodymium magnet) are on the sides with the hole. thru hole is counterbored on the South pole. This magnet works well with the CH500D-FN which is the same size and shape but has a counterbore on the North pole.
