Nickel Plated Steel Balls
Nickel Plated Steel Balls are made of a low grade steel, which is plated in Nickel to give them a brillant shiny finish. These are the joints and junction points of a magnet sculpture. Since they are Nickel plated they last very well in most moist conditions, with the exception of salt, which will cause them to pit and corrode. These should not be used for load bearings as they do not have the hardness required.Note: Ni Plated Steel Balls are not magnets. They are however attracted to magnets.
